So this critical fieldwork experience lets job seekers to apply their training and test their interviewing skills with feedback from an actual employer with intention to perfect their interviewing skills for when a real job opportunity presents itself.
While making WHW clients to experience an actual interview process from start to complete with a real employer but a fictitious job opening, program was always designed to get WHW’s widely recognized job search and workshop training programs into a real world setting.
After all phases were always conducted. Project Interview is a mock interview contest that encompasses 2 phases. So it’s a good project for big groups and people of all ages! Then, co ed volunteer groups like UPS and Southern California Edison who all supported WHW’s public Enterprise with Saturday Sale prep work and day of event support January months, April, July, and October.
