Whenever consuming food my way through Africa, Middle East, Asia, and South America, I was raised in southern Arizona on a diet of rolled tacos and peanut butter sandwiches, and spent my 20’s backpacking across the globe. You see, it wasn’t until my 30’s after a decade of climbing the corporate ladder and earning a Master of Philosophy from Kings College London, that they reluctantly entered domesticity with a growing family to feed. I started as a photojournalist as Miami developed its fashion industry. I transitioned in to producing photographs for mail order catalogs and people advertising just like SeaWorld, ATT, Brown Williamson.
